14 day cancellation

The right of withdrawal is 14 days, which means that we take back the product purchased online within 14 calendar days of receipt, even without reason, if you change your mind.


WHEN YOU CANCEL THE PURCHASE

A customer who is considered a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days (including the 14th calendar day) without reason. 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II. 26.) Government Decree provides. The consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal from the day of receipt of the goods. According to the law, the consumer can exercise this right between ordering the product and receiving the goods. You are not entitled to this right if you purchased the product(s) in person at the specialist store without prior online ordering.
The customer has the option to assert his withdrawal/termination statement through our customer service or by post.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

1. Download and print the withdrawal statement.

2. Carefully pack the product with all accessories.

3. Place the completed declaration in the package.

4. Hand over the sealed package to the courier you or we ordered.

The consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal: In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must arrange for the return of the product at his own expense. The product affected by the cancellation cannot be returned by cash on delivery, we are unable to accept cash on delivery. In the event of cancellation, we can demand compensation from the consumer for damage resulting from improper use of the goods! Apart from these, the customer will not be charged any other costs related to cancellation.

Regarding the sale and purchase of copies of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the consumer has opened the packaging after delivery; in the case of a non-pre-manufactured product which has been made based on the instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or in the case of a product which is clearly tailored to the consumer or which by its nature cannot be returned; regarding closed packaging products that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons (hair clippers, hair stylers, hair brushes, men's razors, women's razors, epilators, IPL permanent hair removal devices, waxing devices, men's hair removal products, women's hair removal products, electric toothbrushes, replacement toothbrush heads, thermometers, inhalers, etc.), as well as in other cases defined by law.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is possible by using a courier service, accompanied by the withdrawal/termination statement. At the customer's request and expense, our staff will take care of the return, and our customer service will accept requests for this by clicking on the green "Write a message to customer service" button below and filling out the form.

In addition to the declaration of withdrawal, please include the invoice you received at the time of purchase with the package.
